Transforming Lives: Neurological Innovations!

There are a range of neurological conditions that can be treated with stem cells, including multiple sclerosis, stroke, and traumatic brain injury. Our neurological treatments can be delivered in two different ways. The first is via an intrathecal injection, in which the stem cells are delivered directly into the cerebrospinal fluid of the spine. The cerebrospinal fluid flows between the spinal cord and the brain, allowing for the cells to safely reach the brain. The second is an intranasal injection, in which the cells migrate from the nasal cavity and cross the blood-brain barrier into the neuronal tissue.

Benefits

Benefits may include improvements in overall neurological function, memory, and coordination. As these conditions can be very complex, we always assess each potential patient very carefully beforehand with a neurological assessment.

Patient Rainier and Dr. Álvaro Ospina de los Ríos at Blue Phoenix clinic, both giving a thumbs up post stem cell treatment, illustrating the positive effects of stem cell therapy on body joints.

Rainier had a history of dislocating both shoulders – over 100 dislocations in total, which had left both shoulders in a chronically injured state. We administered 50 million stem cells in each shoulder to reduce chronic inflammation, regenerate damaged tissue, and improve range of motion.
