Our Concierge Medicine program offers monthly check-ins and develop a personalized plan for keeping yourself feeling great. To support patients on their wellness journey, we provide the following:
Month 1
- Initial two-hour Integrative and Functional Medicine Appointment
- 30% discount on bloodwork
- 3 IV treatments
- Access to our medical tem through WhatsApp, Monday-Friday from 10:00 am-5 pm (COT)
Month 2 & 3
- Monthly one-hour Integrative and Functional Medicine Appointment
- 3 IV treatments each month
- Access to our medical team through WhatsApp, Monday-Friday from 10:00 am-5 pm (COT)
Months 4+
- Monthly one-hour Integrative and Functional Medicine Appointment
- Full bloodwork panel every 3 months, beginning on the fourth month
- 3 IV treatments each month
- Access to our medical team through WhatsApp, Monday-Friday from 10:00 am-5 pm (COT)
